You will have sole access to the property on a self catering basis.  The property consists of:

The main Bar - fully functional bar with open fire and stove, 55" smart TV, everything you need to operate as a pub for the weekend.

The Lounge - full size pool table

Sun Room - my favourite - ideal place to relax and literally watch the world go by.

Games Room - Darts, Rings, and a full size air hockey table

Living room - 55" smart tv (bring your netflix password) casual seating for 16.

Two bathrooms 

Kitchen - kitchen with twin range cookers and everything you need to cook a meal for a large group.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 : King size bed with ensuite toilet and shower including bath

Bedroom 2 : King size with ensuite toilet & shower 

Bedroom 3 : 3 single beds with ensuite toilet & shower 

Bedroom 4 : King size bed plus two single beds with ensuite toilet and shower

Bedroom 5 : Kingsize bed

Bedroom 6 - Kingsize bed plus single bed. 

Bedrooms 5 & 6 have a shared bathroom with shower

The Holiday pub has been awarded Airbnb Superhost status 2018, 2019, 2020 and again in 2021!!!
